About Us

Noah Moscovitch – Noah is a professional engineer working at a structural engineering consulting firm in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, and has over 8 years of experience working in the engineering profession as a structural designer and project manager. He has worked on many unique projects throughout his time in the engineering field including condition assessments of existing structures, renovations to existing buildings, additions to existing buildings, and the design of new structures that he gets the privilege of seeing them  being built from the ground up in the city he grew up in. Noah’s most notable projects he has worked on include a new 14 storey apartment building in Winnipeg’s north end, a new 85 000 ft² elementary school in southern Manitoba, and a new fall arrest system for one of downtown Winnipeg’s tallest buildings. Noah works with architects, owners and contractors on a daily basis and understands the importance of his role as a team member in the wide range on projects that he works on. He is passionate about what he does and is always willing to help out those around him, especially when it comes to learning about structural engineering and the work that he does for his career.

Mostafa El-Mogy

Mostafa is a professional engineer and university lecturer who is passionate about structural engineering. He has worked alongside Noah for more than 7 years as a structural designer and project manager. He achieved a Bachelors’s and Master’s degree in Engineering in Cairo, Egypt and has a Doctorate degree from the University of Manitoba in Winnipeg, MB, Canada where he also taught engineering. His research is published in multiple peer-reviewed journals and international conferences. Mostafa has over 18 years of experience in the engineering consulting profession and has worked on high-profile projects with architects, owners, contractors, and other professionals in many countries including Canada, United Arab Emirates, Egypt and Saudi Arabia. Mostafa’s expertise in the design of tall buildings includes projects using reinforced concrete, structural steel, masonry and wood framing. Some of the notable projects he has worked on include a new 40-story residential building in downtown Winnipeg, A 280 000 ft² expansion to the Winnipeg convention centre and structural restoration of a multi-story parking structure in the Winnipeg downtown area. Mostafa has extensive experience teaching university courses including structural analysis, structural design and solid mechanics. He finds it rewarding to share knowledge and help others succeed. His commitment to high standards and friendly approach toward others has helped him influence people and build trust.
